FAQ

1) How long will it take for the translation to be finished?

Delivery deadline follows the principle: 6 standard pages of translation per day
Day of receipt and day of handover of translation are not included in this period

2) What is a standard page?

One standard page is thirty lines of 55 keystrokes including spaces. A total of 1,650 keystrokes.

3) How do I ascertain the number of keystrokes in a file?

If, for example, your text is in MS WORD format, select "File - Properties - Statistical information ". Here you can count the number of characters without spaces, number of words and number of paragraphs. In this way, you see the total number of keystrokes. Divide this number by 1,650. You now have the number of standard pages of the source text. The extent of the target text will differ by approximately ± 20%.

5) How can I order a translation from you?

There are many different ways. Our office is open nine hours a day, so you can bring the text to us in person. You could alternatively use fax, E-mail or post. We do however always prefer text in electronic format.

6) Do you observe the principles of trade secrecy?

All of our employees and co-workers are contractually bound to secrecy concerning facts and information, which they encounter while carrying out their work.

7) What is a legally attested translation?

Translation carried out by a legally attested interpreter. This type of translation is stitched together with the source text, either the original or an authenticated copy. The legally attested interpreter then adds his or her so-called legal endorsement to this completed document with the legal "round" stamp.
